Billing Policy

1. Payments

All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars. We accept payment via BitCoin, PerfectMoney, Skrill, Bank Transfer, Western Union.

2. Billing Cycle(Terms)

We offer four Billing Cycles (terms) for hosting charges: Monthly, Quarterly (3 months), Semi Annually (6 months) and Yearly (12 months). The Billing Cycle begins on the Plan Activation Date. Dedicated Servers are limited to the monthly Billing Cycle for all of their charges.
You may elect to change your Billing Cycle at any time; however, the new Billing Cycle will only take effect at the time of the next plan renewal.

3. Service Renewals

1. Invoices are due on the package renewal date. However we generate invoices 14 days before the renewal date and send them to user's email address. As a reminder we always send 3 payment notification to our clients.
2. Accounts that have any invoices that are more than 24 hours overdue will be suspended unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. If the due invoice is not paid within 24 hours there will be a 10% Late Fee on it.
4. Accounts that have invoices over 7 days overdue will be subject to termination. All data in these accounts will be removed from our servers and will be irretrievably lost. Any domain registration packages associated with these accounts will also be canceled. Accounts will be allowed to expire if invoices aren't paid for the domain renewals.
5. IMPORTANT: WE WILL NOT KEEP BACKUP OF ANY CLOUD HOSTING ACCOUNT OR RESELLER HOSTING ACCOUNT OR VPS HOSTING IF THE INVOICE IS NOT PAID IN MAX 7 DAYS. FOR DEDICATED SERVERS IF SERVICE IS NOT RENEWED IN 72 HOURS I.E 3 DAYS IT WILL BE TERMINATED AND ALL THE DATA WILL BE LOST.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades.

Upgrades become effective only after payment for the package price difference is paid. In the event of a downgrade, the amount of the package price already paid over the new package price for that cycle will be placed on the billing account as a service credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner. However, if we plan to materially change how we plan to use previously collected personal information, we will provide you with advance notice prior to the change becoming effective and an opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
